The Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University through its Post-Grduate Department of Law offers two year M.L. Degree Regular Programmes under CBCS pattern with internal assessment on the above specialization .
Intake & Reservatiion: At present the number of students to be admitted in each branch of the M.L. Degree Course is limited to 20. For each of the branches, Communal reservation will be based on the State reservation policy.
No candidate shall be eligible for admission to a Masters degree programme in any of the departments unless he/she has successfully completed a three year / five year undergraduate B.L. Degree Course in Law conducted by the University or equivalent thereto.
Candidate should have obtained a minimum of 45% of marks under New Regulations ( 40% under Old Regulation). Candidates who are awaiting results may also apply.
Fee Structure: For General: 31200/-, For SC/ST: 25000/- Note: Fee once paid will not be refunded.

By Post: 1100/- [General], 600 [SC/ST]
Note: SC/ST candidates shall furnish a copy of their community certificate.
The Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University offers Research Programmes leading to award of Ph.D. in Law OR Ph.D. (Inter-Disciplinary) both by full-time and parttime. The eligibility norms for admission are as per the University Grants Commission's Regulations. At present research works are undertaken on various topics of research specially in the field of law or one inter-connected to law.
