Online Counselling will be conducted on the basis of NEET Results 2016. Counseling would be conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services, Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). After couselling registration, the students has to Fill up the Choices of Medical colleges and Dental colleges of their preference. The allotment of seats will be based this Choices of Colleges and their rank, So it is very important process. When seats will be alloted from the top rank student to the below ranks, The Choice of the Colleges will be looked as per the priority entered and alloted only if seats are available in the college and course. If the student do not fill up the choices properly even after scoring good rank, They may not get admission. The choices must be locked before 2016.
The First Round of Seat Allotment will be announced on 2016. The selected students has to report the alloted institution if the seat is alloted for them in first round. The student will be verified for the original documents, and the admission will be made. After the student can give willingness to give Upgradation in Seocond round and willingness to participate in the Third Round if he/ she is not satisfied with the current admission. Higher priority of seat may be alloted if the student give willingness to Upgradation or Third round and vacancy available.
If seat is not alloted in the first round for a student, He/ she has to wait for the Second Round.
On every round result of seat allotment, If seat is alloted to one then he/she has to Report to the alloted college for admission. Then only the alloted seat will be confirmed to them and they will be eligible for the further rounds if they are willing to upgrade on the next rounds. After admission the student has to record the willingness for upgradation as Yes or No.
The Second Round of Seat Allotment will be announced on 2016 . The selected students has to report the alloted institution if the seat is alloted for them in second round. The admission will be made. After the student can give willingness to willingness to participate in the Third Round if he/ she is not satisfied with the current admission. Higher priority of seat may be alloted if the student give willingness to Third round and if vacancy available.
If seat is not alloted in the second round, the student can Fill up fresh choices for Third Round. The net vacant seats after 2nd round will be publised on 2016.
The Third Round of Seat Allotment is conducted for students who have been not alloted seats in the first 2 rounds and who have given willingness to participate in 3rd round on the first and second allotment. Students whose category has been changed and eligible in changed category can also attend the Third round. New choices have to be filled up for 3rd round, previous choice filling will not be considered . The Choices have to be filled up within 2016. The result of alloted seats will be announed on 2016 . Alloted students should report the institutions from 19th to 29 August 2013.
If any seats are vacant after 3rd round, it will be transfered to State Quota.
If the counseling letter is given to you, it means you are eligible to attend the All India Quota counselling. You have to apply seperately for the All India counseling online.
The NEET counselling call letter is given online, You can download the letter. The Counselling letter will ensure your eligibility to participate in the All India online Medical counselling.
You are eligible to apply for All India quota counseling as well as Maharashtra state counseling. The All India counseling is not announced yet. Candidates who have appeared for NEET UG 2013 and desirous of applying for State Quota seats of various Health Science Courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPTh., BOTh. , BUMS, BASLP, BP&O, BSc.Nursing, BPMT in the State of Maharashtra, should submit information online on DMER's website i.e. www.dmer.org. Dates are open from 12 June to 20th June 2013.
